Here we have an original, small artwork featuring a girl ....she is copied from an antique photograph.

I have used a piece of log cabin antique patchwork and added the girl inside the time worn patchwork layers.

This textural fragmental piece, with tiny stitches, I hope, evokes a nostalgic glimmer of the past.

This small original, is backed with another layer of linen and tacked to a piece of handmade thin card.

Measuring A7 in size.
