Art - original 1937 postcard - hand painted bird and flowers

Hello and welcome to my Big Cartel listing.

Here we have an original British postcard, dated 1937. With postage stamp of Edward VIII.

I have hand painted with watercolour, a Blackbird encircled with flowers. His eye has been caught by a teeny flying Bee.

The postcard has two age related punched holes.

On the reverse is interesting hand written request for a quote, for housemaid gloves!

Stitch tacked to A5 handmade card.

Unframed.
